Beaver Scout Residential Experience

Beaver Scout sleepovers are an important part of the Beaver Scout experience. A sleepover usually is held with the entire Colony of Beaver Scouts.
It gives the Beaver Scouts the opportunity to try new things and probably go away with their friends for the first time. Sleepovers are packed full of adventure and fun.
All the young people will need to bring their personal equipment and should be encouraged to pack themselves. Please see the example kit list below, Kit Lists will be attached to the Nights Away Information Form (Consent Form).
Full Uniform
Warm jumper or sweatshirt
T Shirt
Trousers and/or Shorts
Spare underclothes
Spare Socks
Nightwear
Trainers or other appropriate footwear
Waterproofs
Hat
Sleeping Bag
Plate, Bowl, Mug and Cutlery (Unbreakable)
Towel
Torch and Batteries
Personal Washing requirements
Hankies
Teddy
Please Note, it is Scout Association policy to have NO WELLINGTONS on Residential Experiences, unless stated on the Nights Away Information Form. Please label all your child's kit with their name.
