On Tuesday 16 February 2010, 13 Beavers and 4 Cubs departed Holy Cross Parish Hall to Snibston Discovery Park. Established in 1992 following closure of the Colliery, Snibston Discovery Museum is the showcase for Leicestershire’s historic science, technology, design and fashion collections. Exploring the changing technological world in which we live, through exhibitions, events and learning programmes, finding out more about major technological changes which have affected our everyday lives. Snibston Discovery Museum is well worth a visit and please browse the photos below:

Just before we travelled back, shop visit and a Group Photo is always a must. Snibston is well worth a visit and think all the children had a fantastic time. Hopefully they should sleep now!
